Description

The issue date for the following solicitation is July 23, 2008. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified general contractors for repaving of the customer and postal parking areas at the Honolulu, HI Makiki Station. Completion of this project is 90 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed and has an estimated cost range of 180,000 to $200,000. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, July 25, 2008 at 3:00 at the site (meet at the customer parking area). Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. Subcontractors may contact Barker Blue to order copies of the solicitation or drawings via the ePlanroom, by email to plotting@barkerblue.com or by fax to 650-696-2199. The prequalified general contractors are: Pioneer Contracting Co Ltd; Projects Plus Inc; Stan’s Contracting Inc; Starcom Builders Inc; and Tomco Corp. No additions will be made to the list of prequalified general contractors for this project.
