Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and qualified supervision necessary to renovate Building 3 and install one (1) elevator at the Batavia VA Medical Center, 222 Richmond Ave., Batavia NY 14020. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business concerns. Offers from other than service-disabled veteran owned small business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 7/22/2008 at FedBizOps.gov. All questions concerning this project must be in writing and no phone calls will be excepted, please contact Jonathan Aikin, Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: jonathan.aikin@va.gov. Bids are due no later than 3:00 p.m. local time on 8/21/2008 at 130 Lebrun Rd. Building 3, second floor, VA Medical Center Buffalo, NY 14215. NAICS: 236220 apply. Size Standard: $31.0 million. PROJECT COST RANGE: $100,000,000.00. Bidders are encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Walk through on July 30, 2008, at 10:00 a.m. local time, meeting at the Canandaigua VA Medical Center Engineering Department.
