- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, Florida intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price contract for Power Distribution Panel (PDP) and associated components as listed below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The announcement number is F1T0DE78162AG01. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 335311 with a size standard of 750 employees. Please identify your business size in your response based upon this standard. This is a full and open competition. The items are to be delivered FOB Destination to 46TW (LMCA), Bldg. 33 MHU, Eglin aFB, FL 32542. The requirement consists of the following items: CLIN 0001, 1 Each, Power Distribution Panel: The Government requires a Square D NQOD412M100CU panel board populated with three Square D QO115EPD, one Square D QO120EPD, and one Square D QO320 circuit breakers mounted in a NEMA 4X aluminum enclosure painted white. The paint is to be suitable for outdoor use and UV exposure. The enclosure is to have the following PVC conduit HUBs installed in the bottom of the enclosure. 1- 2 inch Stahlin H200 PVC Hub for Main Breaker feed. 3-1/2 inch Stahlin H50PVC Hub for 15 Amp Circuits. 1-1 inch Stahlin H100 PVC Hub for 3 phase circuit. The vendor is to supply an isolated neutral bar and ground bar installed in the enclosure. All work must be done by a UL approved panel builder and the equipment must be delivered with the appropriate UL panel builder's approval label attached to the equipment. CLIN 0002, 1 Each, Switch: Square D Model H323DS NEMA 4X 3 Pole FUSED DISCONNECT SWITCH rated at 240 VAC, 100 Amp complete with three FERRAZ SHAWMUT Class H Type RFS100 600 VAC, 100 Amp fuses with 10 KAIC Interrupting Capacity. This Assembly will also include two 2 inch Stahlin H200 PVC Conduit Hubs mounted in the bottom of the enclosure to accommodate the power feed from the transformer and the second for the Power Feed to the Power Distribution Panel.
