- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside for small business only. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 333314, Size Standard 500 Employees. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F2KBAD8128A002 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26 effective 12 June 2008. The Government intends to award three contract line item numbers (CLIN 0001) - FLIR SC660 Including the following parts: FLIR SC660 Camera, w/24 degree Lens Temp Range of -40 degrees to 1500 degrees C NETD: 45 mK @ +30 degrees C (+86 degrees F) Spectral Range 7.5-13um Built-in GPS 3.2 Mega Pixel Visual Camera 1-8X Zoom Target Illuminator Laser Pointer (Manual activation) Auto Focus Advanced Internal Camera Features 5.6" LCD Color Monitor Battery (2 each) and Charger AC Power Supply Video Cable USB Cable Firewire Cable SD-card Shoulder Strap, Hand Strap OR EQUAL QUANTITY: 1 EACH (CLIN 0002) - ExaminIR MAX Software OR EQUAL QUANTITY: 1 EACH (CLIN 0003) - Wireless Remote Control QUANTITY: 1 EACH DESIRED DELIVERY DATE: 30 Days ADC FOB: DESTINATION Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
