- Description
- The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Telecommunication and Information Systems Command (TISCOM) is issuing a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) part 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, offer(s) being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates all provisions and clauses through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-15. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 811219 with size $6.5. It is contemplated that award shall be made utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement is for 1) 1 Year Maintenance for APC Symmetra 80kW UPS, 2 each. 2) 1 Year Maintenance for APC AF-6.0 (20kW)-A-BA-D, 2 each. 3) 1 Year Maintenance for APC CM-010-A-BA-D, 2 each. Maintenance is to be in accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). Offers will be accepted only via email to jay.e.shively@uscg.mil or fax (703) 313-5458 Attn: Jay Shively. If your offer is being made against your GSA Schedule Contract, indicate your schedule number on your quote. The closing date for receipt of quote(s) is 2:00pm (EST), July 31, 2008. The following provisions and clauses are incorporated by reference: FAR 52.204-6 Data Universal Numbering System, FAR 52.212-1 Instruction to Offerors – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212.3 Offerors representations and Certifications – Commercial Items, FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions, FAR 52.232-33 Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer – Central Contractor Registration.
