- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for services in which the government intends to acquire in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions Procedures. The office of National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration, Papahanaumokuakea Marine National Monument located in Honolulu, HI require the services of a contractor to provide all the materials, labor and equipment to renovate current space and install new exhibits. See attached detailed scope of work for description of services. A firm-fixed price contract will be issued with period of performance of twelve months from date of award. See Numbered Note 1, 100% set-aside to small business concerns. All interested concerns must submit a quotation and documentation demonstrating their qualifications to provide services as described above within fifteen (15) days of the publication date of this notice. All responses must be in writing and delivery to fax number (206)527-7513 attention to Maria Mendoza or by email at maria.l.mendoza@noaa.gov on indicated response date in the RFQ. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000.00. ****The Western Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registry (CCR) and complete online Representations and Certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov. NO award can be made unless the vender is registered in CCR. For additional information and to register in CCR please access the following web site: http://www.ccr.gov. In order to register with the CCR and to be eligible to receive an award from this acquisition office, all offerors must have a Dun & Bradstreet Number.
