This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W90EG881765000 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This request for Quote is due by 29 July 08, 12:00 PM (Pacific Time). The RFQ will result in a firm fixed price contract. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611699. ROLL PLAYERS CLIN 0001: ROLL PLAYERS 12ea. $____________. SOW The Role Players will act as foreign nationals following specific role scripts to provide possible operational information to the HCTs. The primary responsibilities for foreign role players are to read the script, understand the scripts and act natural. These role players will act as potential OPFOR for our React to an IED lanes. The language requirement is 2-Persian-Farsi/2-Chinese Mandrin/2-Russian/2-Arabic/2-Korean & 2-Japanese. Role Players must be fluent in these languages. Role Players to report to YTC at 9:00 am on 5 Sep 08. The mission will be continual until 8:00pm on 6 Sep 0. Role Players will be provided scripts, mission briefs, and welcome orientation brief upon arrival to YTC. Price must include all travel, lodging, transportation and meal costs outside the mission. Lodging is available during the mission at $17.00 a night. The offeror must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). Information concerning CCR registration may be viewed via internet at http://www.ccr.gov or by calling the CCR registration centers at 1-888-227-2423. Only contractors who are registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) can be awarded a contract. Offerors must have electronic funds transfer (EFT) capability.
