Description: The Contractor shall design and renovate the existing servey and eatery of Bldg. 549 at the NCI-Frederick Cafeteria. The successful offeror will be responsible for all aspects of the design and construction, including the procurement, fabrication, installation and start-up services of the foodservice equipment. To facilitate the contractor's purchase and fabrication of the foodservice equipment, an allowance will be held by SAIC-F. The contractor will be responsible for bidding the foodservice equipment and providing the bid results to SAIC-F for validation of the allowance prior to awarding the equipment. This contract is a fixed price contract The performance period is: Award: No Later than September 25, 2008 Substantial Completion: January 30, 2009 Project Acceptance: February 6, 2009 Prospective contractors may review the drawings and specification at the NCI-Frederick in Bldg. 1050 rm#101 or may purchase the drawings and specification package therough Engineering Graphics, Inc. The fourteen (14) sheets set of concept drawings can be purchased from eitheron of the copy centers for under $30.00.
