- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number is RFQ625293 and solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26. The National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) on behalf of the National Institute on Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) has a requirement for a 16 channel multi channel acquisition processor. Offers will also be evaluated on best value in relation to price. Specifications include: preamplifier box with 2 ple low cut and 4 pole high cut fiber, 16 spike channels (100Hz-8kHz, 1000x gain) and 16 field potential channels (0.7 Hz -300Hz, 1000x gain), data cable 15 foot length, National Instruments A/D subsystem plus accessories (C-HUB, 2 meter CBL/C-HUB calge and PCI-6071E board) for 64-channel analog recording (1.25 MS/sec, 12-bit res.), and 16 channel MAP system control program software (RASPUTIN, offline sorter, wave tracker and all utilities, and LCD flat panel monitor. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
