Description

The issue date for the following solicitation is July 22, 2008. The U.S. Postal Service is soliciting proposals from prequalified general contractors for a building expansion of approximately 5,500 sq.ft building, parking lot renovation, and restrooms/locker rooms renovation @ Spring Valley MO. Completion of this project is 270 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed and has an estimated cost range of $2.5M-$2.75M. A pre-proposal conference will be held on Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 10:00 at the site (meet at the lobby). Offers will not be publicly opened. All proposal information will remain confidential until award. Subcontractors may contact Barker Blue to order copies of the solicitation or drawings via the ePlanroom, by email to plotting@barkerblue.com or by fax to 650-696-2199. The prequalified general contractors are: A&P Development & Construction, Inc., Abeam Construction, Inc., Adams Mallory Construction Company, Inc., All Star Services Corp., Athena Engineering, Inc., Harry H. Joh Construction, Inc., Keith KC Lee, Inc., Lindseth Construction, Inc., Staples Construction Co., The O.K. Earl Corp.. No additions will be made to the list of prequalified general contractors for this project.
