- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial supplies prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2V3AR8189A001. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following items: Brand name or Equal OMAX Water Cutter. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-20 effective September 2007, DFAR DCN 20070906, and AFFAR AFAC 20070823. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 333512; which has a size standard of 500 employees. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3541. A firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded. This requirement is set-aside for small business competition only. Offers will be accepted from all categories of small businesses.
