This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-24, March 31, 2008.This acquisition is set-aside 100% Small Business. This is fixed price procurement and requirements will be procured using commercial item procedures. A best value award selection will be made based on price and other factors in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Upon award the Government will issue a purchase order to selected Offeror. Requirement: Perform Annual InspectionPlace of Performance: King Salmon, AK, Postal Code: 99613, Country: UNITED STATES Statement of Work: Perform Annual Inspection in accordance with manufacturer's specifications for aircraft type: Cessna 206, tail number N9497R in King Salmon. Requested Performance Period is August 2008. Quote should include offerors' verification of availability of requested performance period and proposed dates. **FAR 52.212-02 Evaluation -- Commercial Items The Government will award a contract resulting from this request for quote to the responsible offeror whose offer will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: "Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement;"price;"past performance (see FAR 15.304)"Performance Period - Dates available. All non-priced factors when combined are equal to price Warranty: Annual Inspections performed shall include vendors' standard commercial warranty, as part of their offer. Terms & Conditions - The following FAR provisions also apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Submitting a Quote: A copy of this RFQ should be submitted with quote. If a copy is not included, any quote submitted shall contain the following information: RFQ number, time specified for receipt of quotes, name, address, telephone number of Offeror, terms of the expressed warranty, price, any discount terms and acknowledgement of all solicitation amendments (if applicable). Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Offerors must include a statement specifying the extent of agreement with all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Facsimile and electronic mail quotes will be accepted.Period of Acceptance for Quotes: The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is stated in an addendum to the solicitation. Late offers: Request for Quotations or modification of quotes received at the address specified for the receipt of quotes after the exact time specified for receipt of quotes will not be considered.
