- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a non-personal services contract to provide for ongoing, comprehensive maintenance of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) systems and support utilities. This service includes ancillary equipment such as filters, ductwork, piping, expansion tanks, air separatprs, pumps, valves and controls. This requirement shall include quarterly maintenance visits, performing all of the manufacturers recommended maintenance procedures at the prescribed time intervals, provide replacement parts as required as well as the acquisition of new equipment as required. Also included is a provision for twenty-four (24) hour emergency repair and maintenance visits for all equipment. This service will consist of a one-year (12 month) base period and four (4) each one-year (12 month) option periods. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be accepted), on W911S6-08-T- 0063. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 238220 ($13,000,000.00) applies to this procurement.
