Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number HSCETC-08-R-00013 (Attachment 1) is issued as a request for proposal (RFP). This order is being set aside for Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business qualified companies. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 541512. ICE Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO)/Information Assurance Division (IAD) has a requirement for the Deployment of the Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Smart Card for Cyber Identity and Access Management. The period of performance is from contract award to one (1) year thereafter, with no option periods. The anticipated contract award date is on or about October 1, 2008. The anticipated contract type is Firmed Fixed Price. It is the Government’s intent to contract for the services as stated in the Statement of Work (SOW) - See Attachment 3. This RFP contains anticipated contract terms and conditions (Attachment 4), as well as Instruction to Offerors and evaluation criteria (Attachment 2). Your response should be tailored according to the evaluation criteria, in order to ensure a fair and thorough evaluation of your response. Questions should be addressed to Jessica Quinones, Contract Specialist (CS), email address jessica.quinones@dhs.gov, in the prescribed format via email by 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time, 23 July 2008. ICE anticipates providing responses to vendor questions received, on or about 28 July 2008. ALL INTERESTED OFFERORS MUST NOTIFY THE CONTRACT SPECIALIST VIA EMAIL AT JESSICA.QUINONES@DHS.GOV NO LATER THAN 10:00 AM EASTERN STANDARD TIME, 23 JULY 2008.
