This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This Solicitation document W81GYE-08-T-0072 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to purchase, install and provide maintenance services on PBX Switch and Components for the 842nd Transportation Battalion. The requirement shall be Firm Fixed Price. This Request for Quotation is due by 29 July 2008, 12:00 p.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT). The RFQ will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business. Quotations are solicited from small business concerns. Quotations received from other than small business concerns will be rejected. Installation will be during regular office hours (0800 - 1700), Monday - Friday unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
