- PLEASE NOTE: THE ARCHIVE DATE DOES NOT REFLECT SOLICITATION DUE DATE The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking competent and qualified contractors interested in providing offers to perform the following work: The work includes removal of existing floor finishes, wall finishes; selective acoustical ceiling panels; replacing wall guards; and rubber treads materials at three stairs within the facility. Other selective demolition includes the replacement lavatory faucets and toilet flushing valves. New room finishes include all necessary labor and materials required to install new contractor and Government Furnished Materials (GFM). 1. Contract performance time is 60 days. 2. This construction project is set-aside for Small Business.2. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 2362200 and the small business size standard is $31 Million.3. The dollar range for this project is under $110,0004. Contractor is expected to perform at least 15% of the work utilizing the contractor's own employees.5. A mandatory (pre-bid) site visit will be conducted on August 12, 2008, 9:00 AM (local time), at the Fort Worth ARTCC conference room. All interested contractors must attend this site visit in order to qualify for contract award. Contractors who are interested in providing an offer on this project must provide the attached BUSINESS DECLARATION form with their request. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL REQUIRED INFORMATION WILL DEEM THE REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AS NON-RESPONSIVE.
