- Solicitation N00421-1300106946 is issue as a request for quote. This action is set aside for small business. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Teletronics Technology Corporation, for the part numbers listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: CLIN 0001- Quantity 1 each Model#: nREC-4000I Network Based Recorderd with two 10/100 Base-T Ethernet channels, RS232/422 port, Power Supply, and Media Storage receptacle. Record rate capability of up to 20 Mbyte/sec (100 Mbit/sec) with IEEE-1588 Time support. Includes one 10/100/1000Base T Ethernet port for data download. This recorder requires RMM-$XXX-IS or RMM-4XXX-ID (where XXX denotes capacity in gigabytes). CLIN 0002 – Quantity 1 each Part #: 750000000-009 Model # RMM-4032-IS 32 Gig Byte solid state storage cartridge for SMS-4000. Award is expected 31 Aug 2008. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 14 Aug 2008 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
