Description

The 5th Contracting Squadron requires the installation of efficient boilers at Bldgs 970 and 156 on Minot AFB. The work is 95% mechanical, and 5% electrical. The Project Magnitude is between $100,000 and $250,000. Project solicitation, specifications, and drawings will be made available on or about 13 August 2008. The complete package will be made available only through the Internet. The address is http:www.fbo.gov one wishing to participate in this proposed procurement must obtain his or her copy from the Internet. Copies WILL NOT be mailed from the contracting office. All amendments will be posted on the Internet. Contractors will be solely responsible for obtaining amendments from the Internet to update their files. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220. The small business size standard is $13,000,000 in average annual receipts for the past 3 years. This project will be solicited as full and open to both large and small business with the intent to award a Firm Fixed Price contract.
