The location of the housing facility is 1051 29th Avenue, Cedar Rapids, IA 52404. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on October 1, 2008 with four (4) possible one-year option periods. Services will end (if all options years are exercised) on September 30, 2013. The quantities provided below are estimates of required services: Base Year: Estimated Number of Inmates: 10 ∙Intake Assessment (one per inmate), Estimated 6 inmates = 6 total ∙Psychological Testing & The estimated closing date for the RFQ is on or about August 15, 2008. The BOP anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price requirements contract.
