- The EPA intends to enter into an agreement with Viscoms Systems of Cambridge, MA 02139 for the 24/7 Service & Maintenance of EPA-owned G.E. Interlogix-Casi Security System equipment located at EPA Region 1, One Congress St, Boston, MA, 02114 and EPA Storage Facility located at 222 Washington St, Woburn, MA, 01801. The Period of Performance will be 10/1/08 - 9/30/09 with the agency reserving the right to reduce the period of performance. The EPA believes that Viscom System is the only G.E. certified service provider capable of servicing all the equipment identified on the attached equipment list and maintaining all G.E. warranties. Additionally, references must be provided supporting actual service performed on the equipment listed. Any parties disagreeing with the above mentioned statement and can provide documentation supporting the above should notify the listed Point of Contact.Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by the closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.Responses shall be sent to: U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Region 1, Attn: Robert Stachowski, One Congress St, Suite 1100 (MCP), Boston, MA, 02114, or emailed to stachowski.robert@epa.gov.
