Description

Remediate Lead Based Paint. All exterior vertical surfaces (exception is basement openings/windows) will either be removed and replaced with manufactured product or encapsulated in manufactured product (hardboard, vinyl, metal). The existing dutch lap siding will not be removed in this contract nor will interior carpentry be included in this contract. The new siding and building wrap will be installed over the existing. This will include window replacement/removal, door replacement/removal, hardboard siding, and painting. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies and shall perform all work required to complete the project as shown on the plans, shown on the manufacturer’s shop drawings, and as described in the Specifications.
