- Rehabilitate the existing stone masonry fireplaces, stone floor, and patio of an existing Forest Service picnic shelter at the Manitou Lake Picnic Area located in the Pike National Forest, Teller County, Colorado. In addition, install a picnic shelter accessibility ramp while maintaining the structure’s historical and architectural integrity. The estimated starting date for this contract is September 8, 2008, with a completion date of November 7, 2008. The contractor shall maintain progress at a rate that shall assure completion and acceptance of work within this time frame. Estimated dollar value of this contract is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.000. The solicitation will be restricted to small businesses. The small business size standard for this type of work (NAICS Code 238140) is $13.0 million.
