Description

The Contractor shall provide all supplies, personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to upgrade, maintain, and monitor the OPIC security system. The contractor shall provide a solution that addresses the current physical access card system. The solution shall also include an explanation of requirements to upgrade the current system to a HSPD-12/FIPS 201-1/GSA USAccess compliant system in anticipation of future PIV II compliant credential deployment. Project approach should include project plan and schedule, the factors critical to the success of the project, description of experience orchestrating an orderly and seamless migration from an existing access control and security system to a new access control and security system, a description of your approach and extent of use of the existing security system infrastructure to accomplish the project. Q uality assurance program, warranty and service program and the process for placing a service call, etc. should also be addressed
