Description

Clarification of the specifications is hereby provided as follows: Delete section 1.2.4 Service Calls and modify Exhibit A -- Custodial Services Tasks/Standing Work and Frequency Chart" under "Area (Entrance/Lobbies/Foyers/Vestibules)" to change the frequency from "BA" biannual to "TW" twice weekly. We would also like to make it clear that in section 1.1.8 below that we are not requiring the vendor to be on site Monday through Friday but the work must be accomplished sometime between Monday through Friday from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M;. 1.1.8 *WORK SCHEDULES/SHIFTS. * The Contractor shall accomplish all work for COL during normal business hours, 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday. Contractor work shall not unduly interfere with Government work in any space. If the P/OC SO REQUESTS, THE Contractor shall temporarily cease work in the space.
