DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Please do not submit request to DSCR-VABA. This solicitation is not set aside for small business. It is anticipated that the award will be made against a Basic Ordering Agreement. ABVS applies: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
