Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS), Contracting and General Services Division in Albuquerque, NM has a requirement for the procurement of licensed software database called Water Resources Information System Kisters (WISKI). The U.S. FIsh and Wildlife Service, Branch of Water Resources, is responsible for maintaining a robust water resources data collection program that supports refuge water use and water rights protection. The WISKI database system can ensure data integrity, quality, and accessibility for data storage and analysis. USFWS intends to award sole source to Kisters North America, Inc., Sacramento, CA. This synopsis is a notice of intent to issue award using other than full and open competition and in not a request for competitive proposals. The determiniation of the Government not to open subject requirement to full and open competition was made in accordance to FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(i). The anticipated award date is August 4, 2008.
