- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Requirements (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F2R3C58129A001 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This acquisition is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 423850, with a small business size standard of 500 employees. CLIN 0001: 2 each, Hydraulic pump with operating pressure of 10,500 psi maximum and 10,000 psi minimum. Pump must operate on a mineral hydraulic oil based system. CLIN 0002: 2 each, Hydraulic hose 50 feet in length capable of 10,500 psi maximum operating pressure and useable with mineral based hydraulic oil. CLIN 0003: 2 each 32 inch Hydraulic spreader with a maximum spreading force of 29,450 lbs and a minimum of 21,000 lbs. Must also have a maximum pulling force of 24,100 lbs with a minimum pulling force of 15,900 lbs. CLIN 0004: 2 each, Rescue chain package compatible with like equipment and has a minimum breaking force of 4,200 lbs. CLIN 0005: 2 each, Hydraulic extension ram capable of extending to a minimum of 40.5 inches and a maximum operating pressure of 10,500 psi and a minimum pressure of 1,000 psi. CLIN 0006: 2 each, Hydraulic cutter with a maximum cutting force of 310,000 lbs CLIN 0007: 2 each, 42 – 110 Ton lifting set. Includes lifting bags, regulator, duel dead man control, green/ black hose and red/blue hose with inline relief. All equipment must be covered by a Lifetime Warranty. Warranty Coverage: If the product fails to perform as originally intended due to wear, workmanship, or even accidental damage, other than abuse, and proper yearly maintenance it will be returned with postage prepaid, and will either be replaced or repaired, at manufacturers option, for as long as original owner. Warranty repair and replacement must have a twenty-four to forty-eight hour turnaround time. Please provide FOB destination pricing. Include the shipping in the cost of each item. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-26, effective 12 Jun 2008 and the Defense Federal Acquisition (DFARS) Change Notice 20080721.
