- ***ATTENTION***FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION SHOULD BE DIRECTED TO Amy Colvin (256) 876-4337 OR Martha White (256) 842-7137. You may fax or mail your request ATTN: AMSAM-AC-SM-C, Amy Colvin, Contracting Officer or Martha White, Contract Specialist, FAX number: (256)842-7684. NO TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL BE ACCEPTED. The contractor shall gather and collate EDFP for the TMSS Large (TMSS-L) as detailed in the TMSS-L Block II EDFP Requirement. The contractor shall provide the EDFP for the following TMSS-L items: 1.Air Conditioner to include any/all attaching hardware for all items 2. Generator, Diesel Engine to include any/all attaching hardware for all items. The TMSS-L EDFP for each item shall include, but not limited to the following requirements: 1.Part number 2.Cage Code 3.Price 4.Physical Characteristics. Block II EDFP for TMSS-L shall be provided on individual data sheets, on a size paper, portrait, detailing each of the items. All data sheets shall be collated in book form (paper collection) and all data sheets in PDF (Adobe Acrobat) form on CD. Data Sheets shall be delivered to : Tobyhanna Army Depot, ATTN: AMSEL-TY-ME-E-T, Mark For: Mr. David Whitbeck, (570)895-6363, 11 Hap Arnold Boulevard, Tobyhanna, PA 18466-5075. One copy of all data sheets in PDF form on CD shall be delivered to: Command Post Systems & Integration (CPSI) Product Office, 145 Research Boulevard, ATTN: Mrs. Tonnesha Lewis, Madison, AL 35758. The period of performance is 60 days after award of contract. Inspection/Acceptance and FOB point should be destination. This requirement is restricted to approved sources DHS Systems, Cage Code 45P84 and Northrop Grumman Space & Mission Systems Corp., Cage Code 318U8. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
