- Description
- The USGS will hold a forum to demonstrate the Geographic Management Information System and the footprinter for solcitation 08HQSS0033 at the USGS National Center in Reston, Virginia on Wednesday, August 6, 2008 at 1:00PM EST. Notification of intent to attend the industry day must be submitted via email to the Contracting Officer no later than 2:00PM EST Tuesday, August 5, 2008. The name of all participants and their contact information must be included in the email. The number of participates is limited to two (2) representatives per company. The Government does not intend and shall not pay for any travel or other costs associated with offereors attending the forum. Participants must present one form of Government issued identification with a picture to gain access to the USGS National Center. When entering the USGS campus, please follow the signs to visitor parking and enter the facility at the USGS Visitor Enterance. Proceed through security to the auditorium, where the forum will begin. Additional information about visiting USGS can be found at http://www.usgs.gov/ask/#hq. All questions and concerns may be submitted to the Contracting Officer via email only at tflores@usgs.gov.
