- Description
- The U.S. Geological Survey, Alaska Science Center, has a requirement for thirty-five (35) 18g solar-powered satellite telemetry transmitters to be mounted dorsally on northern pintails. The transmitters must be capable of transmitting data for up to three (3) years, and must be delivered not later than 31 December 2008. On or about 04 August 2008, Request for Quotation (RFQ) 08WRQQ0136 will be released in accordance with the procedures of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The RFQ will be set-aside for participation by small business concerns under NAICS code 334220, for which the size standard is 750 employees. Complete technical specifications and source selection criteria will be released with the RFQ.
