- The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes to the combined synopsis/solicitation W52H09-08-T-0461, ISO Registration Audits. 1. All Documents Delete: ISO 9001:2001 Registration Replace with: ISO 9001:2000 Registration or current Title Registration 2. Statement of Work (Attachment 002) Delete: 9. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The basic period of performance for this contract shall commence at date of award (to be determined) and be effective for a period of 3 years. There will also be two option years for extension. Replace with: 9. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The ordering periods are as follows: Ordering Period 1: Contract Award 31 Aug 2009 Ordering Period 2: 01 Sep 2009 31 Aug 2010 Ordering Period 3: 01 Sep 2010 31 Aug 2011 Ordering Period 4: 01 Sep 2011 31 Aug 2012
