- THIS IS ONLY THE ADVANCED NOTICE. THE SOLICITATION, INCLUDING DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE OVERHEAD DOORS WILL BE POSTED AFTER 13 AUGUST 2008, AS DESCRIBED BELOW. NO RESPONSE IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. This will be a small business set-aside solicitation. NAICS Code:238290Size Standard: $13.0M This is a FIRM FIXED PRICE CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 Sealed Bidding. Purpose: Denali National Park and Preserve requires the removal and installation of new overhead doors in their automotive facility in Denali National Park and Preserve, Alaska. The solicitation will consist of one (1) base bid item with two (2) doors to be removed and replaced with two (2) new overhead doors. There will be three (3) option items to replace three (3) additional doors and one (1) option item to replace a door opener on an existing door.
