- The 96th Contracting Squadron, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for Trackeye Software to Instrumentation Marketing Corporation under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). Anticipated award date is 31 July 2008. This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (1 Each) Software Upgrade, Trackeye addition to existing 2D and image processing module license of 3D and high speed tracker calibration modules to allow post processing of data from high speed tracker 3D module, P/N TEATE2DIP. CLIN 0002: On-site set up and integration, 3 days travel. Travel IAW JTR, P/N TEHST3DAYSU. These items must be delivered to 46TW/LMCA, Bldg. 33 MHU, Eglin AFB, FL 32542. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 541511, small business size standard $23.0 million. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 2 days of publication of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
