Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number GLQ080203 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with an open date of 07/29/2008 and close date of 08/12/2008. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-25. This requirement is total small-business set-aside (only qualified offerors may submit an offer, under the associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 327320 with a size standard of 500. The Bureau of Land Management, Taos Field Office, requires the following items: Line item 0001. Concrete, 200 Cubic Yards. DELIVERY CHARGES SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN PER CUBIC YARD PRICE. Flat job, 3000 PSI Concrete/ 4-6% Air Entrainment, 3/4 Inch Aggregate,/3-5 Inch Slump. (Required Quantity is 200 CuYd+/-15%). Quantity will be staged in several pours with a minimum of 8 cubic yards per pour. To be completed by no later than May 31, 2009. The following FAR clauses are applicable under this synopsis/solicitation: 52.212-1, 52.212-3, 52.212-4, 52.212-5. CCR Requirement - Company must be registered on Central Contractor Registration (CCR) before an award could be made to them. If company is not registered in CCR, they may do so by going to CCR web site at http://www.ccr.gov.
