- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation/reference number is F4A3607221A002; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26 and Defense DCN 20080721. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562910. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 9630. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 1031. This request for quotation consists of the following line item: 0001: Service request to remove bullet residue (lead) from collection area (backstop) from 2 firing ranges at Tyndall AFB. (1 Lump Sum). See attached SOW. A site visit will be orqanaized on 7 Auguest at 1300. Please contact the contract adminstrator if you wish to attend. Service will be coordnated from: 325 CES/CEOE, 119 ALABAMA AVE, TYNDALL AFB, FL 32403. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
