- This is a sole source synopsis for the acquisition of commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this announcement. This announcement constitutes the only synopsis for this requirement; and is issued for notification purposes only. Any interested party should contact the below named for more information regarding this posting, all correspondence shall be received no later than 10 Aug 2008. The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a sole-source contract with 2Phase Technologies Inc. for 5 autoclave curable rapid reconfigurable composit tooling systems and the development and administration of a training program for the said systems. NAICS Code: 333511 FSC Code: 3456 SBA Applicability & Size Standard: 100% Small Business Set Aside---500 Employees Description of item(s) to be acquired: Line Item 0001: (1 Package) Ogden OO-ALC, Utah The contractor shall provide the following IAW the attached PWS. Equipment QTY RTS 4000 Base Station/ 1 each RTS 4000 Base Station Spares Kit/ 1 each 3x4 Reconfigurable Tool Bed/ 1 each 3x4 Consumable Spares Kit/ 1 each Heater Module/ 1 each Training Training Course/ 1 each Line Item 0002: (1 Package) Warner Robins ALC, Georgia The contractor shall provide the following, IAW the attached PWS, to Warner Robins ALC, GA; Bldg TBD prior to award. Equipment/ QTY RTS 4000 Base Station/ 1 each RTS 4000 Base Station Spares Kit/ 1 each 3x4 Reconfigurable Tool Bed/ 1 each 3x4 Consumable Spares Kit/ 1 each Heater Module/ 1 each Training Training Course/ 1 each Line Item 0003: (1 Package) Fort Eustis, Virginia The contractor shall provide the following, IAW the attached PWS, to Fort Eustis, VA; Bldg TBD prior to award. Equipment/ QTY RTS 4000 Base Station/ 1 each RTS 4000 Base Station Spares Kit/ 1 each 3x4 Reconfigurable Tool Bed/ 1 each 3x4 Consumable Spares Kit/ 1 each Heater Module/ 1 each Training Training Course/ 1 each Line Item 0006: (6 Each) Crating and Shipping Contractor shall Crate and ship requirements IAW attached PWS Line Item 0007: (6 Each) Installation and Maintenance Training Contractor shall install and provide maintenance training on all systems IAW attached PWS Dates and Place of Delivery: The first system will be deliverd to Ogden ALC 75 days after contract award. Subsequnt systems will be delivered 60 days after previous delivery in the following order: - Contractor Training Facility (Training System) - Warner Robins ALC, GA - Fort Eustis, VA - Tinker ALC, OK - North Island, CA (Training System from Contractor Training Facility after training class is complete) Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a request for information in response to this synopsis.
