Description

DESCRIPTION: This is a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) and in noway commits the Government to award a contract. The Government does not intend to pay for any cost incurred in responding to this announcement. Responses shall not include any proprietary information. Any information submitted by respondents to this sources sought shall be voluntary. This draft RFP is being issued in anticipation of a final RFP. The Government may or may not release a a final RFP for these efforts. Required services consist of the following: (1) Project Planning; (2) Monitor AFGLSC 401 SCMS/GUMD Appropriate Data Systems; (3) System/Model Issues: (4) Query and Analyses Support; (5) Web Oriented Services; (6) Management Review; and (7) Education, Training, and Team Participation. A draft performance work statement (PWS) is attached to this draft RFP. Potential sources responding to this draft RFP should review the attached information and instructions before preparing a proposal.
