- Amendment A0002 is issued effective 7/29/2008. The Pre-ProposalConference and Site Visit/Vessel Tour were conducted on 7/22/2008 as scheduled. A number of topics were discussed. This amendment is issued as a result of that discussion and the continued evolution of the requirement and solicitation. A complete revised solicitation has been prepared with changes made from the previous version on pages 5-7,15,20,25-26,37,41 and 55. In addition, new Attachments 13 - 15 are added. Attachment 13 comprises the notes including questions and responses. notes from the conference. The Quotation/Offer due date and time is extended until 8/8/2008, 3:30pm.
