- Description
- The United States Postal Service is issuing a solicitation to establish multiple national ordering agreements for the purchase of capital equipment listed in the Statement of Objectives. Suppliers must be capable of supplying on a national level. Documents for Solicitation #1DVPMS-08-A-0245 can be downloaded on www.fedbizopps.gov. All questions or requests for clarification must be in writing to Mary Ellen Young via email at maryellen.young@usps.gov. A pre-proposal conference will be held on August 14, 2008 beginning at 9:00 AM at 615 Chestnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106. Conference should run no later than 1PM. Attendees are limited to two representatives per company. Requests to attend the pre-proposal conference should also be emailed as noted above no later than August 11th and contain the following information: Company name and address; name, phone number and email address of attendees (limit two). Exact room location will be provided via email prior to the conference. Proposals are due August 29, 2008 and should be submitted to address in Block 9 of PS Form 8203.
