- The National Media Exploitation Center (NMEC) wishes to procure contractor services for linguist translation and transcription, media and document exploitation and related intelligence operations support, including management of all contractor personnel and related functions outside the continental United States (OCONUS). Some of the services shall be performed at a Government location within northern Virginia. All personnel performing services must have a Secret and/or Top Secret clearance and the company must have a Top Secret Facility clearance. It is anticipated that the solicitation package will be available for release on or about 13 August 2008. Interested companies may submit requests for a solicitation package by sending an e-mail to esther.woods@dia.mil. It is also requested that all questions and requests for information be sent in writing by e-mail. Please do not telephone requesting solicitation packages or soliciting for additional information. All information distributed concerning this effort will either be in writing, or will be presented at a pre-proposal conference. Further notices concerning this effort will follow.
