Alternatives to be considered will include rehabilitation proposals for administrative use or a combination of uses with sustainability. This study will compare the costs of maintaining several different treatment action, including for comparative and analytical of rehabilitation, leasing and new construction. The report will acknowledge that decisions to replaces, demolish, or maintain buildings 3, 18 & T98 within the context of present and future needs at American Lake Veteran Affairs.
