- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals/bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number for this effort is R-DEN-02270. This requirement is issued as an Invitation For Bids (IFB). This solicitation is Small Business Set-Aside procurement under North American Classification Code 541191 (Title Abstract and Settlement Offices). The applicable size standard is $6.5 million. The U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has a requirement for commercial closing agent services for HUD-owned single-family properties located in the entire State of Arizona under the jurisdiction of the Santa Ana Homeownership Center (SAHOC), Santa Ana, California. Bidders are advised that the following Federal Acquisition Regulation Clauses are applicable to this procurement: 52-212-1 (Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items), 52.212-2 (Evaluation – Commercial Items), 52-212-4 (Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items) and 52.212-5 (Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items). Bidder must include a completed contract provision at 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items) with its bid. All clauses are available in the supplemental documents to this notice.
