- The U.S. General Services Administration is cancelling Solicitation GS-10P-08-LT-C-0040, the small business set-aside Request For Proposals (RFP) for Design-Build Construction Services for the New Upper Columbia Area Office Annex for the Bureau of Reclamation in Yakima, WA. A limited number of proposals were received in response to this RFP and all were well in excess of the funds available to make an award. Should this project become available again for competition, an announcement would be posted to FedBizOpps under a new solicitation number. No further activity under this solicitation number is expected. Thank you to all participants for their interest in this project.
