- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 03 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR WINCHLIFTING SYSTEM. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This noticeserves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will notbe issued.THE IS A FULL AND OPEN COMPETITIVE ACQUISITION. Amendment 02 dissolved the SmallBusiness Set Aside (SBSA). The purpose of this amendment is to provide responses to additional technical questions. See attached document titled "Additional Responses to Vendor Questions." The due date for receipt of offers is extended to 4 August 2008.Companies shall provide the information stated in the synopsis/RFQ posted on the NASAAcquisition Internet Service (NAIS) on 07/01/2008. Documents related to this procurementare available over the Internet. These documents reside on a World Wide Web (WWW) serverwhich may be accessed using a WWW browser application.
