- Amendment A0003 has now been issued. The Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit/Vessel Tour were conducted on 7/22/2008 as scheduled. A number of topics were discussed. This amendment is issued as a result of that discussion and the continued evolution of the solicitation and requirement. A complete revised solicitation has been prepared with changes made from the previous version on pages 4,7,8,10,11,13,15,18,24,29,30,41 and 58. In addition new Attachments 13 - 16 are added. Attachment 13 comprises the notes from the conference including questions and responses. The Quotation/Offer due date and time is extended until 8/8/2008, 3:30pm. No Other Changes NOTE: The Contracting Officer will be available for questions through Friday 8/1/2008 only.
