- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number NTSB-Q-08-0004 is issued as a Request For Proposal (RFP). This solicitation document, NTSB-Q-08-0004 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-26. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 561622, Locksmiths, and the small business size standard is $6.5M. The National Transportation Safety Board has a requirement for locksmith services for one base and four option years. See the attached RFP and Statement of Work for additional information. Questions regarding the RFP are due via email to Bryan Moy at Bryan.Moy@ntsb.gov by 4:00PM EST August 5, 2008. Proposals must be submitted, via e-mail, by 3:00PM EST August 15, 2008 to Bryan.Moy@ntsb.gov.
