- FDA1046228a The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) intends to solicit quotes to provide technical assistance in extracting information about FDA’s field inspection and feed sampling activities and summarizing data on the occurrence of microbial, mycotoxin, and pesticide contaminants in animal feeds. It is anticipated that one (1) firm fixed price purchase order will be awarded with a performance period of eleven (11) months from the date of award. FDA intends to solicit this requirement as a total small business set-aside requirement. This announcement is not a request for quote (RFQ). FDA anticipates the release of the RFQ for non-commercial services on or around August 13, 2008 and it will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website as a modification to this announcement. The anticipated award date for this effort is on or before September 5, 2008 made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
