- Verizon is the GSA contracted provider and they must provide the infrastructure upgrade to support their services. They can not use other cellular service providers networks. Cellular phones and Blackberries are the primary source of communications with management staff and critical patient care staff. Due to the size of TVHS and the multiple campuses it is critical functionality be stable and reliable. Verizon has an exclusive right to license the contractor selected, Utilization of any contractor other than Verizon's authorized installer will invalidate any warranties, express or implied
