- Publication of weekly newspaper--, The OBSERVATION POST and monthly supplement the EXAMINER for the Marine Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MAGTFTC) and the Robert E. Bush Naval Hospital aboard the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) Twentynine Palms, California. The anticipated contract will be for (1) base year and will incorporate (4) options of one year each with the total contract length not exceeding (5) years. The contract will be at no cost to the Government, and the publisher shall receive all revenue accruing from the sale of advertising carried in the newspaper. The Publisher shall distribute the newspaper and the monthly supplement throughout the MCAGCC, and the publisher will mail out approximately 150 copies to activities and individuals in the United States and overseas. The anticipated quantities are 8,500 copies weekly.
