However, all proposals received within forty five-days(thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic orderingagreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be consideredby the Government. A Determination by the Government not to compete thisproposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely withinthe discretion of the Government. Information received will normally beconsidered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct acompetitive procurement. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating tothe procurement described are incomplete or not available and cannot befurnished by the Government.
